I was asked to be treasurer of the local chapter of the Commercial Finance Association recently. What an honor! The Commercial Finance Association is a group of asset-based lenders, equipment financing companies, private equity groups, and, of course, invoice factoring companies in Minnesota.
The CFA is younger and smaller than some of the other organizations I’m a member of and has a unique view on educating its members. The Board of Directors really cares about making this a great organization to support commercial finance companies in Minnesota, through training, networking, and other events. One of the goals is to further involve young professionals in the commercial finance industry so we have a strong pool of talent for years to come. Please join us at one of our future meetings!
